
MEET ALICIA RANEE'

Alicia Ranee’ Gaston is a behavioral health professional and character education consultant. With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field and over 10 years as an educator specializing in nonprofit youth development and character education, Alicia Ranee' has dedicated her life to service. From teaching and mentoring youth, serving individuals who are experiencing homelessness, mental illness and substance disorders, to championing women issues, Alicia Ranee' is committed to making a positive impact in her community, nation and around the world.
As CEO of Alicia Gaston LLC, she encourages others through her faith, workshops, and tried and true life lessons. She is also the Founder and President of Maximizing Character, a nonprofit youth organization whose mission is to partner with parents, students, educators and community stakeholders to provide character education, life skills and foster social responsibility through community service. Alicia Ranee' is currently working on several writing projects, including co-curricular projects at Virginia Commonwealth University where she is a doctoral student (C/O'25), social media and digital content for youth and young adults, and the second installment of her first children's book series, The Baldwin Terrace Kids.
